.DISCUSSION...Currently, light and variable winds have been
observed at the fire. Over the next 1-2hrs, winds will begin to
increase markedly out of the southwest with daytime heating. Upper
level cloud cover will continue streaming in through the next
three hours, remaining in place through sunset. Low level clouds
will also increase through the mid-late afternoon as showers and
thunderstorms develop across much of northern UT, primarily from
1500-2100, though some lingering light showers may last through
roughly 0600 tomorrow. With the thunderstorms this afternoon,
coverage is forecast to be scattered with gusts in excess of 50mph
possible with a 15-30% chance of lightning. After today, a drying
trend is forecast to develop in the late morning Monday, lasting
through midweek.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (50-60 percent cloud cover).
                    Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms late
                    in the afternoon.
