.DISCUSSION...In the wake of the weekend storm system, high pressure
will temporarily build over the site on Monday resulting in stable
conditions with a low Clearing Index. A few lingering snow showers
may hang around in the morning with little if any accumulation.
The next storm system will move into the area during the day
Tuesday, with periods of snow expected beginning Tuesday afternoon
and continuing through Wednesday morning. At this point it`s looking
like 5-10" of snow is most likely at the site with this midweek
system. With the precipitation the Clearing Index will exceed 500
both Tuesday and Wednesday. Behind this midweek system, another
weaker system is forecast for later Thursday into Friday, which
will bring a little light snow but limited Clearing.
