.DISCUSSION...Monsoonal moisture remains in place over the area
today which will help to bring another round of showers and thunderstorms
over and around the fire area. Around 1200, anticipate showers to begin
developing over the high terrain to the south of the fire, bringing
the potential threat of gusty outflow winds from the south. Further
shower and thunderstorm development is expected for areas east and
south of the fire, with potential for growth on top of the fire area
starting around 1300-1400. Risk for lightning, heavy rainfall, and
gusty outflow winds is expected over the fire generally after 1200,

winds are expected to be generally light and terrain driven throughout
the day.
