.DISCUSSION...A gradual drying and warming trend will continue
into the weekend. While showers and thunderstorms are expected
this afternoon and again Friday afternoon, they will remain
isolated to scattered and will have a smaller potential for heavy
rain. Winds may become stronger and erratic near showers, but
gusts are unlikely to exceed 30 mph (10% chance or less).
Otherwise, temperatures will trend warmer while remaining below
normal for this time of year. Looking forward into the weekend,
shower chances will diminish while temperatures continue to trend
warmer and closer to normal for this time of year.
