.DISCUSSION...Forecast models still support another system starting to
push into the region from the early to middle portions of the
upcoming week. Forecast confidence is low at this time, as
individual ensemble members continue to suggest two similarly
possible scenarios at this time, one a bit wetter/cooler, the
other a bit drier/milder. They have been trending towards the
drier/milder scenario however in which the system develops a
cutoff low which would slide more through southern Utah. As of now
the forecast carries around 0.07" to 0.15" of water with a trace
to about 0.5" of snow. That said, given the uncertainty, best to
watch the trends with this system.

                    becoming partly cloudy (60-70 percent cloud
