.DISCUSSION...Showers and occasional thunderstorms are expected to
increase in coverage and intensity over the next few hours, as an
approaching storm system moves into the region. Through 1600
precipitation rates will generally remain light, with an increase
in rainfall rates after 1600. The greatest threat for heavier
rainfall and flash flooding looks to come between 1700 and 2100.
