.DISCUSSION...While conditions will be pleasant otherwise, gusty
winds up to 30 mph are expected through the day on Wednesday.
There may be a brief period of lighter winds between 6-8AM
Wednesday where winds will be around 6-10 mph, however there
still could be a few rogue gusts in excess of 15 mph. The best
chance for light winds is likely Friday morning, well after a cold
frontal passage on Thursday and before afternoon winds pick up.
