.DISCUSSION...Monsoon moisture will linger across the area Saturday
bringing another round of showers and thunderstorms around the
general area. A couple of these storms may move near the fire area
during the afternoon, accompanied by gusty outflow winds and
occasional lightning. Additional showers and thunderstorms
originating from eastern Nevada will cross the area Saturday evening
into Saturday night. With this moisture in place, afternoon RH will
remain elevated above 20 percent with good overnight recovery.

High pressure will bring a gradual drying trend beginning Sunday,
and continuing through at least the middle portion of next week. An
isolated shower or thunderstorm can`t be ruled out each afternoon,
however daytime RH will gradually trend lower each day through
Wednesday, with overnight recovery becoming a bit more marginal
each day. Winds will remain terrain driven through the mornings,
with southwesterly winds mixing down by early afternoon.
