.DISCUSSION...
A very weak storm system will move through this afternoon through
tonight brining less than a 15% chance of any precipitation, with
the most notable sensible weather change being an increase in
cloud cover. This will also provide just enough mixing and flow
aloft to result in a clearing index right around 500. After today,
high pressure will bring dry weather and generally stable
conditions over the burn site through the next 7 days. This will
result in consistent conditions from day-to-day, with light winds,
and clearing indicies generally less than 400 given the lack of
flow and decreased mixing heights under the high pressure system.
