.DISCUSSION...Seasonably hot conditions are expected today.
Conditions remain dry through the early afternoon before storms
developing across the West Desert this afternoon move eastward
towards the area late afternoon to evening. The most likely window
for showers and thunderstorms to impact the area is between
1800-2100. Storms will be capable of producing gusty and erratic
outflow winds with gusts upwards of 60 mph through this period.
Otherwise, winds remain light this morning with typical afternoon
breezes.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (10-20 percent cloud cover) then
                    becoming partly cloudy (30-40 percent cloud
                    cover). 30 percent chance of showers and
                    thunderstorms between 1800-2100.
Chance of pcpn......30 percent.
Chance of lightning.30 percent.
Max temperature.....95-97.
Min humidity........17-19 percent.
Surface winds (mph).Southwest winds 8 to 11 mph. Gusty and erratic
                    outflow winds are likely in the vicinity of
                    thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening,
