.DISCUSSION...The storm system that impacted the area yesterday
into the overnight hours is exiting Utah this morning. High
pressure will build in during the day, resulting in dry and stable
conditions with light winds. Another Pacific storm system will
move south along the Pacific coast on Tuesday before moving into
the Desert Southwest Wednesday into Thursday. This will bring some
additional precipitation to southern Utah, with the burn site
seeing only a chance of light snow during the day Tuesday. Little
if any accumulation is expected. With light transport winds and
low mixing heights, clearing indices will remain low for much of
the remainder of the week.
