            US 191 at milepost 294 closed due to a
            landslide. The highway remained closed until
            1251 AM MDT on September 29. The nearby UDOT
            RWIS sensor at Starvation Reservoir recorded
            0.67 inches of rain in the preceding 3
            hours, indicating the presence of heavy rain
            in the area of the slide.
