            Flash flooding in the Forsyth Burn Scar was
            reported by the Emergency Manager saying
            portions of the town of Pine Valley were cut
            off due to high water over roads, and the
            Santa Clara River ran out of its banks.

            issues happening in the park with a group of
            50 hikers unable to cross a trail due to
            flooding.
