            canyon.

            Paria Contact Station reported flash
            flooding in Buckskin Gulch and Wire Pass.

            Significant debris flow and flash flood
            wave. Widespread flooding through the Grove
            area of Beaver. Media reports have shown
            homes impacted by flood waters, rocks and
            logs, helicopter rescues from rooftops and
            significant damage to outbuildings, some of
            which were destroyed or swept downstream. A
            diversion dam structure in the canyon was
            completely removed by the flood waters, and
            an early warning flood camera mounted many
            feet above the river was removed as well.
            Beaver County issued Go Status evacuation to
            all residence within 1/4 mile of the Beaver
            River and North Creek. The water supply to
            the town of Beaver has been compromised by
            flood waters and residence are under a boil
            water notice.

            Interstate 15 closed in both direction at
            the Beaver River. Debris flow and flash
            flood waters have breached the interstate.
            The interstate was closed for approx 6 hours,
            with a reopen notice posted around 1130 PM.

            Washington County EM reported highest flash
            flood off the Forsyth burn scar yet this
            week. Flood waters covered the road in Pine
            Valley and encroached around structures in
            town including the fire station.
