...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of west central Weber
and eastern Box Elder Counties through 645 PM MDT
...

At 600 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Locomotive Springs to near Promontory
Point. Movement was northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Corinne, Howell, Great Salt Lake North of the Causeway, Locomotive
Springs, Promontory, Penrose, Thatcher, and Golden Spike Historic
Site.

This storm will be capable of producing strong gusty winds on the
Great Salt Lake. This will lead to a sudden increase in waves and
very choppy waters which will result in hazardous boating conditions.
Boaters are urged to seek safe harbor if possible.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
