  I-84 with locally higher amounts up to 12 inches along the
  Manti-Skyline.

* WHERE...The Wasatch Mountains, Western Uinta Mountains, and
  Central Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected, including in the
  Cottonwood Canyons.
