* WHAT...The first Winter Weather Advisory expiring at 11PM Thursday
  has been cancelled as the period favoring the most impactful
  snowfall has ended. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, snow
  expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches,
  locally up to 15 to 20 inches in the high Uintas.

* WHERE...Western Uinta Mountains.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Friday to 5 AM MST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected beginning late
  Friday morning.
