SUBJECT:  Fisheries Message

Please broadcast the message at approximately 60-minute intervals
for 3 days starting on Tuesday, September 29 through Thursday,
October 1, 2026.  The National Marine Fisheries Service announces
that the recreational sector for gag in Gulf Federal waters is
closed effective Tuesday, September 29, 2026, and remains closed
through December 31, 2026. During the recreational closure, the bag
and possession limits for Gulf gag are zero.  For more information,
