Please broadcast the message at approximately 60-minute intervals
for 3 days starting on, Monday, October 12, through Wednesday
October 14, 2026.

The National Marine Fisheries Service announces that the
recreational sector for greater amberjack in Gulf Federal waters is
closed effective Wednesday, October 14, 2026, and remains closed
through July 31, 2027. During the recreational closure, the bag and
possession limits for Gulf greater amberjack are zero.  For more
