Please broadcast the message below at approximately 60-minute
intervals for 3 days starting on Sunday, August 31 through Tuesday,
September 2, 2025.

The National Marine Fisheries Service announces that the commercial
sector for greater amberjack in Gulf Federal waters is closed
effective Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and remains closed through
December 31, 2025. During commercial closure, all sale or purchase
of Gulf greater amberjack is prohibited. For more information, call
