humidities in the low teens to 20s and poor overnight recovery.
Continued diurnal, terrain driven winds with breezy onshore winds
in the afternoons expected. Chances for quick, moving isolated
showers begin early Tuesday morning, south of Interstate 80, with
mountain showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening
over the Sierra and Southern Cascades through Wednesday, highest
on Tuesday.
