Warm and dry conditions continue today and Monday with poor
overnight recoveries over higher terrain especially within thermal
belts. Diurnal and terrain- driven winds will persist early this
week, before more pronounced onshore winds develop on Tuesday. Low
chance (5-10%) for isolated mountain thunderstorms along the
Sierra crest on Monday. Temperatures trend cooler by Tuesday with
improved daytime and overnight relative humidities.
