...Gusty Northerly Wind with Low Humidity Thursday in the Sacramento
Valley and Adjacent Foothills...
A warming and drying trend continues through this week with
temperatures rising well above normal by late week. Dry weather
is expected except for a slight chance of thunderstorms for the
Sierra this afternoon, south of Highway 50. Breezy north wind
develops late Wednesday and continues through Thursday with much
lower humidity. This will bring a period of elevated fire weather
conditions, mainly for the northern and central Sacramento Valley
and adjacent foothills.
