.DISCUSSION...
Light showers will move into the northern Sacramento
Valley and surrounding terrain this evening into Tuesday, before
spreading southward early Wednesday. This weather system will
bring widespread precipitation, gusty southerly winds, isolated
thunderstorms and cooler temperatures Tuesday into Wednesday.
Light, high-elevation snow showers will fall along the peaks on
Wednesday as well. Unsettled weather continues later in the week
with showers north of Interstate 80.
