diurnal wind patterns persist, with terrain influences at higher
elevations and onshore influence elsewhere. Decreasing onshore
winds by the weekend expected to limit overnight humidity recovery
with some daytime minimums in the upper teens to low 20s through
foothills, mountains, and portions of the northern Sacramento
Valley.
