.DISCUSSION...

Lingering showers are expected on Friday through the morning and
afternoon hours, with a 10% chance of isolated afternoon
thunderstorms. Greatest chances for thunderstorm development
remains north of the burn area. Additional forecast rain totals
are around 0.25 inches. Gusty south to southwest winds expected
through the first half of the day, with slope/Valley gusts to 25
mph and ridgetop gusts to 35 mph. Winds will gradually weaken
through the afternoon and into the overnight hours. Dry weather
and weaker winds returns Friday evening through Saturday alongside
warmer temperatures.

There is potential for two rounds of active weather over the next
7 days which may bring light showers and thunderstorm chances to
the site. The first period being late weekend into early next week
and the second one arriving mid to late next week. Although,
uncertainty remains on exact impacts and timing.
