.DISCUSSION...Hot temperatures continue early this week with a cooling
trend starting mid-week. Daytime relative humidities will be low,
potentially in the teens today, with poor overnight recoveries; however,
the development of onshore flow mid-week will improve these slightly.
Winds today will be mostly light and southerly until late in the morning
when gusts could get up to 20 mph through the afternoon. Overnight, winds
will decrease and on Tuesday winds will be calmer than today. Slight
chance of thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon and evening near the fire, though
probabilities generally below 10%.
