.DISCUSSION...

Light winds during the morning become westerly by the late morning
at 5-10mph through the mid afternoon. A few gusts up to 15mph
can`t be ruled out during the late morning to early afternoon. Late
afternoon towards the evening hours winds go light once again.
Otherwise, we will see 10-15mph southwesterly winds along the
ridgetop throughout the day and into the evening and overnight
hours. Conditions will be dry, with temperatures in the low to mid
90s. Minimum RH values will be in the low to mid 20s, with
overnight recoveries in the upper 40s to lower 50s. Chance for
thunderstorms Wednesday into Thursday, with the potential for wet
and dry thunderstorms. Highest chances will be long the Sierra
Crest and further toward Nevada.
