.DISCUSSION...
Generally warm, dry, and calm conditions near the burn site through most
of the upcoming week. High temperatures will be in the high 80s to mid-90s,
with cool overnight lows in the 60s to low 70s. Winds will generally be
fairly light, less than 10 mph sustained speeds and gusts less than 15 mph.
Overnight and through the mornings, winds will be very light and terrain
driven. In the afternoons and evenings, winds will become more southerly
and slightly stronger, though always staying below 15 mph. Humidities will
be relatively good this week, with the lowest values expected on Thursday
(the only day there is significant potential for values in the teens);
otherwise, humidities will generally be 20% or above during the day all
week, with moderate overnight recoveries.
