.DISCUSSION...
Rain will continue through this morning, with coverage become scattered
and later isolated as we move into the afternoon and evening. Showers
will be isolated Friday night and Saturday morning. Over the weekend and
into early next week, precipitation chances continue with a new weather
system. This push of weather will be cooler, and chances for snow will be
higher at the site. Totals and exact timing are still somewhat uncertain
but currently, rain will begin late Saturday morning, with snow starting
early Sunday. Forecasted rainfall totals near the site are between 1 to
1.5 inches, with forecasted snow totals ranging from 2 to 8 inches,
depending on exact elevation. Winds will be strongest on Sunday and into
Monday, though gusts are expected to stay below 20 mph, and sustained
speeds will be below 15 mph.
