...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN YUBA...SOUTHWESTERN
SIERRA AND NORTHWESTERN NEVADA COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM PDT...

At 819 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Cedar Ridge, or near Grass Valley, moving north at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Grass Valley, Scotts Flat, Cherokee, Sweetland, Delevan National
Wildlife Refuge, Cedar Ridge, Pike, Bald Mountain Summit,
Camptonville, and Nevada City.
