...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL PLUMAS AND SOUTHWESTERN
LASSEN COUNTIES THROUGH 630 AM PDT...

At 602 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Twain, or 9 miles northwest of Quincy, moving
north at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Chester, Quincy, Prattville, Lake Almanor Country Club, Seneca, Lake
Almanor Peninsula, Crescent Mills, Lake Almanor, Caribou, Keddie,
Lake Almanor West, Twain, Hamilton Branch, Canyondam, East Shore,
Meadow Valley, Almanor, Paxton, Indian Falls, and Greenville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
