...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN PLUMAS AND
NORTHWESTERN SIERRA COUNTIES THROUGH 330 AM PDT...

At 259 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Gibsonville, or 9 miles north of Downieville, moving north at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Quincy, East Quincy, La Porte, Little Grass Valley, Meadow Valley,
Spring Garden, Gibsonville, Keddie, and Bucks Lake.
