* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Panhandle Florida, including the following
  counties, Bay and Gulf.

* WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT /930 AM CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 721 AM EDT /621 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Callaway, Mexico Beach, Tyndall Air Force Base, Wewahitchka,
    Parker, Wetappo, Overstreet, Allanton, Davis Beach, Beacon
    Hill and Honeyville.
