.DISCUSSION...
East winds around 7 to 10 mph will prevail through most of the day
but by the afternoon hours a shift to the southeast and south is
likely as a weak seabreeze potentially moves through the site. If
this occurs it will likely be around 2 to 4pm. A slight chance of
showers are possible, mainly after 3pm. Transport winds will
remain east and southeasterly through the day with fair
dispersions peaking around 35. Winds will become light and
northeasterly overnight. Fairly similar conditions expected again
on Wednesday at the site but winds should be lighter and out of
the northeast.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (20-30 percent). Slight chance of showers
                    and thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
CWR.................10 percent increasing to 20 percent late in the
                    afternoon.
