.DISCUSSION...
Partly cloudy and cool conditions expected at the burn site this
afternoon. With the cool air moving in, this will keep afternoon
relative humidities elevated, despite the drier air mass moving in
through the day. Min RHs should bottom out around 55 to 60%. The
elevated northwest winds, with gusts occasionally around 20 or 25
mph will keep dispersions good to excellent and around 60 to 70
through the day. Friday will bring slightly warmer temperatures as
more sunshine is expected. Lower winds will keep dispersions fair
and around 30 to 40 and transport winds will remain out of the
northwest.
