.DISCUSSION...

Any patchy fog or low stratus show burn off by 8AM EDT. Low
dispersions hold on until about 11AM EDT, but stay below 30. Winds
are forecast to be light and variable today with a southwesterly
component through the afternoon.

Rain chances are the lower side compared to the previous two
days, but some isolated thunderstorms may encroach on the site
between 1PM EDT and 4PM EDT. Gusty and/or erratic winds and
potentially local wetting rain may accompany this activity.
Otherwise, lightning would be the main concern, even from distant
convection to the south near the coast. An additional concern is
high humidity pushing max heat indices to about 106 degrees.

For tomorrow, more favorable dispersions are expected by late
morning through the afternoon with a drier light northerly wind
prompting near-zero percent rain chances. However, we are still
looking at max heat indices around 105-106 degrees.
