Northeast winds this morning and Friday morning around 5 mph will
shift to the south around Noontime today and Friday and increase to
around 10 mph, shifting to the southwest during the early afternoon
today and Friday and remain around 10 mph. Weak transport winds less
than 10 mph and mixing heights topping out around 2,500 to 3,000
feet will maintain poor dispersions throughout the day and again
throughout the day on Friday. Otherwise, mostly sunny and dry
weather today and Friday.
