Low dispersions are forecast until about 11AM EDT today. Dry
weather is expected through the work week. Light NE winds turn
southwesterly later this afternoon from the seabreeze. Relative
humidity bottoms out in the low to mid 40s. For Thursday, low
dispersions hold until around noon EDT, followed by winds becoming
southeasterly. The latter ushers in slightly higher moisture
compared to Wednesday with min RH increasing to ~50%.
