.DISCUSSION...

The main concerns for today and tomorrow are morning fog and low
dispersions. Patchy fog is possible within the first hour of
ignition time Wednesday and should burn by 10 or 11AM EST. Light
northwest transport winds gradually back out of the southwest this
afternoon. Relative humidity bottoms out in the 40-45% range.
Thursday morning has greater fog potential before dissipating a
couple hrs or so after sunrise. Transport winds behave similarly
as Wednesday. A modest influx of low-level moisture fosters
slightly higher min RH to just above 50%.
