SOUTHWESTERN GEORGIA THROUGH 830 PM EDT/730 PM CDT/...

At 744 PM EDT/644 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 13 miles southwest of
Chattahoochee to 15 miles west of Greensboro to Blountstown. Movement
was northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Blountstown, Chattahoochee, Sneads, Bristol, Altha, Seminole State
Park, Rock Bluff, Ocheesee, Selman, Hardin Heights, Rosedale,
Henderson Mill, Kennys Mill, Jinks, Nettle Ridge, Sycamore,
Macedonia, Torreya State Park, Durham, and Roy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
