...HIGH FIRE DANGER ACROSS SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA
TODAY...

A dry airmass this afternoon will result in an elevated to high
fire danger across southwest and south central Georgia today.
Minimum relative humidity will drop to around 25 percent this
afternoon with isolated locations possibly seeing relative
humidities as low as 19 to 24%. While light winds around 5 mph
will keep more critical concerns from developing, fuels are very
dry, thus elevated to high fire danger is expected.

Please refer to your local officials and burn permitting
authorities whether your may burn outdoors. If you do burn
outside, or have any activities that involve fire/sparks please
use extreme caution.
