While a moderate risk of rip currents will be in place today at all area beaches, the risk is expected to gradually increase by Saturday. High-end moderate risk today is possible as the sea breeze pushes inland and enhances onshore flow. By Saturday afternoon, there is moderate confidence in a high risk of rip currents at the Walton, Bay, South- facing Gulf County, and Franklin County beaches.
