Surf Zone Forecast
National Weather Service Tallahassee FL
142 AM EDT Thu Jul 17 2025

.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

Surf heights today of 3 to 4 feet will set up a particularly
high risk, especially by more tranquil midsummer standards. Wind and
seas will start to decrease on Friday, but it will take until Saturday
to get past the upcoming stretch of dangerous swimming conditions.
Long period swells arriving early next week may keep the high risk
going into mid next week.
