.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

Light south to southwest winds will continue to promote a moderate
rip current risk along area beaches today. However, if winds and surf
period are a bit higher, a locally higher rip current risk could
materialize. Longer period swells become more likely during the
workweek, which will result in a moderate to high rip current risk for
the beaches.

Based on communication with area beach officials, the following flags
are flying at area beaches:

West Facing Gulf Beaches......Yellow
South Facing Gulf Beaches.....Yellow
