.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

A strong front will move across coastal sections today from west to
east. Behind the front, strong northwest winds will take hold ushering
in a colder and drier airmass. A High Risk for currents is expected at
west facing Gulf county beaches and St Joseph State Park, while a
moderate risk of rip currents is expected at the other local beaches.
The coldest air of the season thus far arrives through midweek then a
gradual warming trend towards next weekend. A moderate to high risk
of rip currents will continue through Tuesday then a primarily
moderate risk towards late week.
