.DISCUSSION...
Weak high pressure in the Atlantic combined with abundant
moisture will continue to support precipitation chances as
scattered showers and storms are expected to develop again
today. Highest rain chances should occur by the early afternoon
to mid evening hours with southerly winds this morning gradually
shifting southwesterly later today with winds around 5-10 mph
and minimum RH values generally remaining above 60 percent. In
addition,poor to fair dispersion conditions are expected due to
relatively low mixing heights remaining below 4000 ft and weak
transport winds.
