An upper level trough will start to push through the state this afternoon.
This will increase shower chances starting in the late morning hours.
Winds will be mainly out of the west around 10 mph with gust near
15.

                    and thunderstorms late in the morning, then
                    numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms
                    late in the morning. Widespread showers and
                    thunderstorms late in the afternoon.

Wind (20 ft)........West winds 6 to 9 mph. Gusty and erratic winds
