  Tampa Bay waters...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 1138 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Gandy Bridge to Egmont Key, moving northwest at
  10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure
           all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  Gandy Bridge, Madeira Beach Reef, Old Tampa Bay, Howard Frankland
  Bridge, Egmont Key, Indian Rocks Beach, Saint Pete Beach, Courtney
  Campbell Causeway, Treasure Island Reef, Pass-A-Grille Channel,
