* At 507 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Hillsborough
  Bay, moving west at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure
           all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  Gandy Bridge, Old Tampa Bay, Howard Frankland Bridge, Port Manatee
  Reef, Tampa Bay, Cockroach Bay, Hillsborough Bay, and Courtney
  Campbell Causeway.
